Root cause, fixed
We correct the base and water problems behind the failure, not just the look of it.
Discipline 08: Second Lives
Sunken patios, shifting walks, leaning walls: we fix the base and drainage underneath, then reset the surface so the problem stays fixed.
The discipline
A dip in a patio is never really about the pavers. It is the base or the water underneath telling on whoever built it. So we diagnose before we lift a single stone: where the water goes, what the base is made of, why it moved. Then we fix that, and only then reset the surface.
Often that costs a fraction of a rebuild and looks better than the original ever did: releveled, re-jointed, cleaned and sealed. And when a rebuild genuinely is the smarter spend, we will tell you so to your face, with numbers for both paths.

What’s included
Every TNT restoration is quoted as a complete system, subgrade to final sweep. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Why it lasts
We correct the base and water problems behind the failure, not just the look of it.
Restoration usually costs far less than replacement, and lasts because it is done right.
Releveled, re-jointed, cleaned and sealed. Most neighbors assume it is brand new.
