Built right, or not at all
Engineered bases, real drainage, premium materials. If a corner matters, we do not cut it, especially the ones you will never see.
The family behind the work
TNT Masonry & Pavers is Thomas and a small, owner-led crew out of Plainville, Connecticut, building the kind of stonework you point at when people ask who did the yard.
Who we are
TNT was founded on an unfashionable idea: the person whose name is on the truck should be the person setting your stone.
That is still how it works. Thomas walks your yard, draws the plan, prices it in plain language, and then builds it with a small crew that has done it his way for years. No handoffs, no rotating subs, no mystery about who is standing on your property.
The trade itself we take seriously to the point of obsession: full-depth excavation, compacted bases, engineered drainage, joints you could check with a straightedge. It is slower and costs us more to build this way. It is also why our work looks the same in year fifteen as it did on day one.
What we stand on
Engineered bases, real drainage, premium materials. If a corner matters, we do not cut it, especially the ones you will never see.
You deal with Thomas, start to finish. Straight quotes, plain language, and a phone that actually picks up.
We show up when we said we would, keep a tidy site, and leave your property cleaner than we found it. Every night.
No rotating subcontractors. The person who priced your job is the person standing on it, setting stone.
The cut around the downspout. The joint at the step. The line you only notice if it is wrong. We notice first.
Grading and drainage designed into every build, so your yard and your foundation stay dry without you thinking about it.
The estimate is free, the walk takes an hour, and you will know exactly who you are hiring.
