Water, managed
Grading and drainage that protect the house, the hardscape and the plantings.
Discipline 07: The System
Grading, plantings and water management designed as one system with the stonework, so the whole yard works together and keeps working.
The discipline
Most landscape problems are water problems wearing a disguise: the soggy corner, the washed-out bed, the patio that grows a puddle. Because we build the hardscape and the landscape together, we solve the water first with grading, drains and downspout routing, and then plant into ground that behaves.
The finishing layer is what people see: beds at the right grade, edging that holds its line, stone and mulch that frame the patios and walls instead of competing with them. One system, one crew, one standard.

What’s included
Every TNT landscape is quoted as a complete system, subgrade to final sweep. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Why it lasts
Grading and drainage that protect the house, the hardscape and the plantings.
Beds and plantings composed around the patios and walls, not against them.
Proper soil prep and placement so the landscape gets stronger every year.
